What to Expect
- Zoom Kick-Off: August 15, 2025, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. EST. A casual live session to meet your instructors, explore the training portal, and ask questions. (Yep, it's recorded.)
- Self-Paced Video Curriculum: You'll get full access to our Foundations training modules—watch and learn when it works for you.
- Private IG group: connect with your peers and course mentor to begin engaging with each other and the material from the start.
- In-Person Session: September 11–13, 2025.
We’ll meet in Baltimore at Nourish & Align for 2.5 days of wrap practice, demos, connection, and support.
This hybrid format offers the best of both worlds: flexible online learning and real-time in-person sessions to build your confidence and skills.
