Journey into Babywearing

Mar 03, 2020

In Ancient Greek, the word Μαίανδρος or meander is synonymous with infinity and the eternal flow of things. It was named thus after the Meander River, which winds its way through modern-day Turkey (known today as the Büyük Menderes River).

When we think of meandering in today's vernacular, it is easy to conjure up an image of a plodding wanderer with no destination in mind. But in the great words of J.R.R. Tolkien, "Not all those who wander are lost."

This blog represents the constant flow of our thoughts on all things babywearing. Every article traces back to another, all touching and connecting, moving along as a single entity just like the river.
