Cancellation Policy:

If you’ve paid in full you have 10 days before the start of the group to request a refund. You’ll receive the full amount minus a $25.00 processing fee.
If you’re unable to give 10 days cancellation notice, you may either give your seat to someone else or you can choose to attend a future group. We’re unable to refund money if you cancel with less than 10 days notice.

Payment Plans Cancellation Policy:

If you sign up on a payment plan you will not be able to get a refund. If you can't attend the group you’ll be eligible to attend a future group.

NOTE: Installment payments are automatically scheduled when you sign up and will be deducted from your credit card on the same day every month eg. if you sign up on June 20th for a three month plan, your card will be charged for three consecutive month on the 20th. eg July 20th and August 20th.
