Cancellation Policy:

If you have paid in full you have 30 days before the start of training to request a refund. You will receive the full amount minus a $25.00 processing fee.
If you are unable to give 30 days cancellation notice, you can either give your seat to someone else to go in your place or you can choose to attend a future course. We are unable to refund money if you cancel after the thirty days notice.

Payment Plans Cancellation Policy:

If you sign up on a payment plan you will not be able to get a refund. If you can't attend the training you will be eligible to attend a future training.

Installment payments are automatically scheduled when you sign up and will be deducted from your credit card on the same day every month eg. if you sign up on June 20th for a three month plan, your card will be charged for three consecutive month on the 20th. eg July 20th and August 20th. 

You will receive your completed certificate and access to all graduate resources  after all the payments are made in full only.
